Become a Donor
Dear Lincoln County Community,
Please consider a sponsorship opportunity with the LCHS Band that will have a great impact on the students in Lincoln County Schools for well over the next decade. The band program at LCHS currently enrolls 43 students, with half being current freshman. This is my second year at LCHS and we (administration, music faculty, and the band boosters) are working diligently to build the program. As the program grows, we are quite literally running out of instruments and uniforms.
The band boosters have hosted many fundraisers this year to purchase much needed equipment for the program and we are already seeing the fruits of that labor. However, with the current rate that the program is growing we are in need of assistance. We currently are borrowing instruments from other schools in our area as we make arrangements to purchase our own and are in desperate need of new uniforms. With the current rate of growth we could be out of usable uniforms during the 2018-19 school year.
There are many things anyone can do to help the students of LC. Our most valuable resource is time and volunteering, but in today's hectic society and workforce that can become a precious commodity for many. Another way you can help is by securing sponsors or becoming a donor yourself. If you are interested in helping us monetarily or in gifts of kindness we are open to all options. The LCHS Band Booster organization is a registered Non-Profit organization regulated through the state of Tennessee. This means that each donation given is completely tax deductible.
Should you be interested in helping sponsor a student in need, a piece of equipment, an instrument, a trip, or just want to lend a helping hand. Please contact us using the form below.
Best,
Johnathan Johnson
